Rebirth is operated from England. By accessing or using Rebirth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Rebirth is an AI-powered tool that helps users create and develop Roblox games. The Service provides AI-assisted game development features, including code generation and game asset creation through a Roblox Studio plugin.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You may also optionally connect your Roblox account. You are responsible for:
The Service uses a credit-based system for AI features. Credits may be purchased or included with subscription plans. Credits are:
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly. We may temporarily restrict account access while a chargeback or dispute is under review.
Once a dispute is resolved, we can restore access if the account is in good standing.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebirth and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you create or distribute using the Service.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the games and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
To provide AI-powered features, we send your prompts, messages, and related context (including Roblox Studio state information and any images you provide) to third-party AI service providers and their underlying AI model providers. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to:
We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. However, third-party AI service providers may use your data for training purposes according to their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control. Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." The underlying AI models powering the Service may be updated, changed, or replaced at any time without notice. As a result, AI outputs may vary in quality, style, and accuracy between sessions, and past results are not a guarantee of future performance. While we strive for quality, AI-generated code and assets may contain errors or require modification. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated content before use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service or any content generated through the Service.
Aggregate Liability Cap. Subject to the non-excludable liabilities above, Rebirth's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, or any content generated through the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Rebirth for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100.
We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to outages of third-party AI providers, hosting infrastructure failures, internet disruptions, or acts of God.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Termination of your account does not affect your Roblox project files. Rebirth acts as an intermediary tool between you and Roblox Studio — all game files and assets remain on the Roblox platform and are not hosted or stored by us.
We may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, for example to reflect changes in the law, new features, or changes to how the Service operates. For material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before the changes take effect, without penalty. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@userebirth.com before initiating legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
